For carbon steel versions, we use a hot-dip galvanized layer of at least 65μm, which passes a 480-hour neutral salt spray test. For areas near the engine room, we provide an epoxy heavy-duty coating (≥60μm) that is resistant to oil, water, and salt air. We also offer a range of premium materials for maximum longevity. This includes 304 stainless steel for superstructures and 316 stainless steel for areas exposed to direct seawater spray, which are highly resistant to chloride corrosion. Additionally, our marine-grade aluminum alloy provides a lightweight solution with excellent resistance to electrochemical corrosion.
