Aluminum Cable Tray

• Anodized surface. The 6063 perforated and trough trays and 6063-T5 single rail profiles have an anodized coating at least 12 microns thick.
• Perforated base. Rows of openings allow air circulation and water drainage through the tray floor.
• Continuous cable support. The trough has a solid floor and a fitted cover that limits falling debris and accidental contact with the cables.
• Extruded main section. The single rail profile has a uniform cross-section without welded joints along its main length.

Install supports to the project layout before placing and joining the tray sections. Use the specified splice plates and hardware, remove burrs from site cuts, and leave access for cable installation and maintenance.

For runs subject to temperature changes, provide expansion joints and guides based on the metal-temperature range and the length of the run. Set joint gaps for the installation temperature and maintain electrical continuity across joints in accordance with the grounding design.

Available accessories include 90-degree bends, tees, crosses, reducers, end caps, splice plates, covers, brackets, hangers, drop rods and grounding clips or terminals. Match each fitting and fastener to the selected tray profile and finish.

We manufacture custom aluminum cable trays from your drawings, samples or brand requirements. After reviewing manufacturability, we issue a drawing for approval and produce a sample once the drawing is signed. Batch production follows sample approval.

Our inspection process covers incoming raw materials, production self-checks and cross-checks, followed by 100% inspection before packing. Final checks cover straightness, section dimensions, plate or wall thickness, connection-hole positions, visible surface damage and burrs, with weld checks on welded components.

Accepted products receive an inspection label or stamp before entering the packing process. SGS, BV or another customer-nominated inspection company can inspect during production or before packing, with inspection costs agreed by both parties.
