Key Features

Passive corrosion resistance. Chromium in the stainless steel forms a protective oxide film without relying on a zinc coating. Chloride deposits, trapped moisture and iron contamination can still cause localized corrosion.

Welded mesh intersections. Our wire mesh trays use welded crossing wires. Open cells keep cables visible and accessible along the run.

Ladder rung support. Our stainless steel cable ladder uses welded transverse rungs at 300 mm spacing. Open spaces between rungs permit ventilation and drainage.

Solid-bottom and cover construction. Formed sidewalls retain cables on the tray, while fitted covers limit contact with overhead debris and incidental handling. A tray cover alone does not establish a watertight or IP-rated enclosure.

Applications

  • Food and beverage facilities.
  • Pharmaceutical and laboratory areas.
  • Data centers and telecommunications.
  • Wastewater and chemical plants.
  • Coastal and marine facilities.

Installation & Accessories

System accessories include splice plates and couplers, 90° bends, tees, crosses, reducers, end caps, covers, bolts, brackets, hanger rods and grounding clips. Select fasteners and connectors compatible with the tray grade; isolate dissimilar-metal contact where conductive moisture could accelerate galvanic corrosion.

Install supports to the approved route and verified load/span arrangement. Place splice joints and expansion connections according to the selected system’s installation details, including thermal movement on long exposed runs. Ensure electrical bonding and grounding meet the applicable wiring code; do not treat an unverified tray section as a rated equipment grounding conductor. After on-site cutting of wire mesh sections, remove burrs and loose metal particles before laying cables.

Quality Control

Jinglang applies incoming-material inspection, production-stage self-checks and cross-checks, followed by a 100% piece-by-piece inspection before packing. Inspection covers straightness and twisting, specified length, width, side height and thickness, welded joints, connection-hole alignment, burrs and visible surface damage.

Accepted items receive a pass label or inspection stamp before packing. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek (ITS) or a customer-appointed inspector is accepted during production or before packing; inspection scope and costs are agreed for the order.
