Insulated Barriers and Strong Construction
The tray has a reinforced structure. The side rails are taller and wider than standard trays. This creates more space inside. Inside the tray, we install insulating divider plates. These plates separate each cable layer. They prevent contact between different voltage levels. The divider slots hold the plates firmly in place. For ladder-style trays, we space the rungs at 300mm. This tight spacing adds rigidity. It also reduces movement and vibration. The tray will not sway or shake. This is important because movement can cause arcs. We also smooth all edges. No sharp points. Sharp points concentrate electrical fields and can cause corona discharge.
