The overall load capacity increases significantly.

Thicker Side Rails and Patented Joints

 

We build this ladder tray with thicker side rails. This increases resistance to bending. The connection between the rungs and the side rails is a special focus area. We use triangular reinforcement plates at every joint. This is our patented design. It prevents weld cracking under heavy loads. We also add integral stiffeners along the side rails. These act like miniature support beams. Every part of the Large Span Cable Ladder works together to resist deflection. Under a 6-meter span with a 3.0kN/m load, the deflection stays under 30mm. After we remove the load, the ladder returns to its original shape. No permanent deformation.
