When you work outdoors, you need galvanized steel. Rain and moisture cause rust. Rust destroys ordinary trays. Our Galvanized Perforated Cable Tray is made for outdoor conditions. The entire tray is dipped in molten zinc. The zinc coating is 65μm or thicker. This coating protects every surface. The inside of the holes is also coated. No bare steel remains. The tray resists rust and corrosion.
Perforated for Cooling and Visibility
The tray has holes in the bottom. These holes serve two purposes. First, they let heat escape. Cables run cooler. Second, they let water drain. Rain water does not pool on the tray. Water flows through the holes and away from the cables. The perforated design also makes the tray lighter than a solid version. And you can see the cables through the holes. Inspection is quick and easy. You do not need to remove the tray or lift the cables.
Proven in Harsh Conditions
We have supplied the Galvanized Perforated Cable Tray for many outdoor projects. Municipal road projects use this tray. Highway lighting systems use it. Solar farms use it.
