The product offers three material options: stainless steel, which boasts strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for the chemical industry; aluminum alloy, which is 30% lighter than traditional steel while maintaining the same load-bearing capacity; and steel cable trays, treated with hot-dip galvanizing, achieving a theoretical corrosion resistance life of 25 years. A stability improvement patent authorized in 2023 shows that with a galvanized layer thickness of 86μm, the salt spray corrosion resistance exceeds 2000 hours.

 

The surface treatment of tray-type cable trays includes plating and painting. Special anti-corrosion treatment is required in highly corrosive environments. Hot-dip galvanized cable trays offer superior corrosion resistance, long durability, high industrialization in production, and stable quality, making them widely used in outdoor environments where atmospheric corrosion is severe and maintenance is difficult.
