Cable trays mainly consist of support arms, brackets, installation accessories, and the tray body. Materials include steel, aluminum alloy, and fiberglass, and can be selected based on environmental corrosion resistance and load-bearing requirements. Their working principle is to physically support and fix cables along a specific path, preventing cable sagging, wear, or short circuits caused by gravity, external forces, or environmental factors.

 

Cable tray designs typically include three types: trough type, tray type, and ladder type. The trough type offers strong enclosure and is suitable for electromagnetically sensitive environments; the tray type provides excellent ventilation and is suitable for cables with high heat dissipation requirements; the ladder type, with its lightweight and cost advantages, is often used for long-distance laying.
