The holes run the entire length of the channel. You do not need to drill anything. Just bolt your brackets and supports into the existing holes. This saves time on the job site.

The Punched C Channel is made from Q235B steel. It is strong and durable. The channel is roll-formed. The edges are rolled inward. This adds strength. The surface finish is hot-dip galvanized. The zinc coating is 65μm or thicker. The holes are also coated. No bare steel. No rust. The channel is available in standard sizes. 41x21mm, 41x41mm, and 41x62mm are the most common sizes. We also offer larger sizes. All hardware matches the galvanized finish. Our 2-year warranty covers everything.
