Cable trays are supported by uprights and brackets during installation. Uprights are the main components supporting the cable trays; the load of the trays is transferred to the uprights through the brackets. Therefore, uprights and brackets are the two main components of cable tray installation.
Aluminum Alloy Frame: A shorthand for aluminum alloy cable tray systems. It consists of straight and bent sections of aluminum alloy trays or ladders, as well as supports and hangers, forming a continuous, rigid structure to support cables.
Ladder-Shaped Cable Tray: A shorthand for the component of a ladder-shaped cable tray that directly supports cables. It is a trapezoidal component consisting of two longitudinal sides and several crossbars.
Perforated Tray: A shorthand for the component of a perforated trough-shaped cable tray that directly supports cables. It consists of a perforated base plate and sides, or a perforated and bent trough-shaped component with a perforated bottom.
Non-Perforated Tray: A shorthand for the component of a non-perforated trough-shaped cable tray that directly supports cables. It consists of a base plate and sides, or a solid-bottomed trough-shaped component bent from a single piece of aluminum alloy.
Other Series: The LQJ series aluminum alloy cable trays are corrosion-resistant cable trays designed and manufactured in-house. They feature simple structure, novel design, corrosion resistance, convenient installation and maintenance, and require no upkeep, making them suitable for a wide range of environmental conditions.
