Surface Finish for Long Life
We pay attention to the surface finish. The tray is electrolytically polished. This removes welding oxides and discoloration. The surface becomes smooth and shiny. It does not trap dirt or particles. We also perform a passivation treatment. This removes free iron from the surface. It enhances the corrosion resistance. The tray will not rust in normal indoor and outdoor applications. It passes 400 hours of salt spray testing.
