Our Long Span Cable Tray is made for exactly this situation. We manufacture single sections up to 12 meters long. This reduces the number of joints. It makes installation faster. It also makes the finished system look much cleaner.
Built to Stay Straight Under Load
The engineering behind this tray is simple but effective. We use thicker material and add reinforcement ribs to the side rails. For ladder-style trays, the rung spacing is 300mm. This tight spacing shares the load across more rungs. The tray does not bend or twist. We have tested this product extensively. Under a 3.0kN/m load across a 6-meter span, our tray deflected less than 30mm. After we removed the load, the tray returned to its original shape. No permanent bend. We repeat these tests on every production batch. Our customers know they are getting consistent quality.

The Long Span Cable Tray is common in underground pipe galleries and large workshops. These spaces often have limited access. You cannot put supports everywhere. Our tray solves that problem. We offer three material choices. Q235 steel with powder coating works indoors. Hot-dip galvanized steel works outdoors. Aluminum is best when weight is a concern.
