From telecom bundles to power distribution, we have the size you need. The tray is built to hold heavy loads across wide spans without sagging. This is important because wide trays are more likely to bend in the middle. Our design prevents that.
Strong Side Rails and Close Rung Spacing
We use thicker side rails on wide trays. The extra width creates more leverage on the structure. Thicker steel resists that leverage. For ladder trays, we space the rungs at 250mm instead of the standard 300mm. This is a small change, but it makes a big difference. More rungs mean the load is spread over more points. No single rung carries too much weight. The connection points between rungs and side rails get triangular reinforcement plates. This is our patented design. It stops weld cracks under heavy loads. We do not cut corners on wide trays because the consequences of failure are higher.
