It is a simple trough tray. The bottom is flat. The sides are bent up. A cover protects the cables. The interior has rounded corners to protect insulation. Even though this is our basic tray, we build it to high standards. The Q235 steel is from quality mills. The powder coating is 60μm thick. The hot-dip galvanizing is 65μm or thicker. We use the same production lines and quality control as our specialty trays. The tray carries its rated load without sagging. We test for deflection. It stays under 1/200 of the span. The tray is available in standard widths and heights. Lengths are 2000mm as standard. Custom lengths are available upon request.
