The bottom is one continuous piece of steel. No perforations. No gaps. The tray holds cables securely from end to end. This is important for small cables that might slip through holes. It is also important for environments where dust or oil might fall from above.

We build this tray with a solid steel bottom. The sides are bent upward. We add reinforcement to prevent sagging. The tray is rigid and stable. It does not bend under normal loads. We test every batch. Under full load, the deflection stays under 1/200 of the span. This meets all standard requirements. The tray is available in many widths and heights. We also offer it with or without a cover. With a cover, the tray becomes fully enclosed. This gives maximum protection for your cables.

The Solid Bottom Tray comes in several material options. Powder-coated steel is the most popular choice for indoor work. The coating is 60μm thick. It is smooth and easy to clean. Hot-dip galvanized steel is for outdoor or damp areas. The zinc coating is 65μm or thicker. It resists rust and weathering. Stainless steel is for food plants, pharmaceutical factories, and wet environments. Aluminum is for weight-sensitive applications. All accessories match the tray material and finish.
