Smart Hole Pattern and Strong Structure

 

The hole pattern on our tray is not random. We use a matrix pattern that minimizes stress concentration. Each hole is placed to avoid weakening the structural lines of the tray. The side rails are thicker than standard perforated trays. The bottom has reinforcing ribs between the hole rows. This design distributes the load evenly. The tray does not bend or sag. For spans of 6 meters or more, we recommend 2.0mm to 2.5mm thickness. The deflection under full load stays under 1/200 of the span. Your cables stay cool and properly supported.

Multiple Materials for Multiple Environments

 

We offer the Large Span Perforated Cable Tray in several materials. Q235 steel with hot-dip galvanizing is the most common choice for outdoor use. The zinc coating is 65μm or thicker. It passes 480 hours of salt spray testing. For indoor use, powder-coated steel gives a clean, professional look. Stainless steel is available for wet or corrosive environments. Aluminum is best when weight is a concern. All accessories match the tray material and finish. Splice plates, brackets, and supports are all reinforced for long-span performance.
